Coming up at our next Views and Brews at the Cactus Cafe this Tuesday at 6, it’s Texas Poet Laureate and host of KUT’s This is Just To Say, Carrie Fountain. In addition to being an award-winning poet, she is also a novelist, children’s book author, screenwriter, and professor, and in this very special Views and Brews she’ll read from her new book of poems and talk about life as a working writer, her writing process, and importance of sharing poems.
