Reverb is UTalent Records Annual Showcase. Since 2017, the student-run record label has signed on five artists every school year. Our artists develop an EP or album over two semesters with other students, and Reverb is the opportunity for you to hear their releases first. It is also a chance to get to know the people behind our independent label on campus and how to get involved.
The lineup will feature Angel Estrada, Paxton Smith, Rachel Marquez, Maddie Hajovsky, and The Young Kids.
UTalent Records bridges artistry and business by providing members with the unique hands-on experience of working in a record label. Austin, “The Live Music Capital of the World,” has so many opportunities for students who wish to get involved in the music scene. and UTalent Records helps students do just that within the UT community and more.

Cactus Cafe
The Cactus Cafe is a live music venue and bar in the historic Texas Union on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin. Located in Austin, Texas, a city frequently referred to as “the live music capital of the world,” a number of well-known artists have played in the Cactus, and Billboard Magazine named it as one of fifteen “solidly respected, savvy clubs” in the United States, “from which careers can be cut, that work with proven names and new faces.”
